About Jericho

In 1997, two partners were united by the desire to rehabilitate an old building with “walls tumbling down.” And Jericho Development was born.

The first project the partners undertook was a building on the corner of Walnut & Jefferson that burned down three days after Christmas in 1997 during the beginning stages of its renovation. Wind leveled the remaining walls three months later. Jericho Development conceived of a new building at this location which now stands as a symbol of perseverance and Jericho’s desire to be a leader in the renaissance of Downtown Springfield, Missouri.
